Meet the Team
The Arc Network was born out of frustration with a healthcare system that often puts paperwork and profit before people. Founded by Dr. Adam Finck, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, an experienced family nurse practitioner with over a decade in primary care, urgent care, and wound care, The Arc Network was built to flip that system on its head. Joined by cofounder Eli Federman and practice manager Tori Finck, the team serves as a reminder that healthcare should never feel like a factory but should remain human, personal, and focused on helping patients truly get better.
